AKA Noonan Plaza. The Corner Windows at the Main Entrance, one of the earlier manifestations of this feature, put Noonan in the CBD Category while the verticality and brick patterns of the other facades are ED. An excellent recent renovation justifies the LPC designation - NB small pane casement Corner windows replacing aluminum sashes from an earlier renovation! Sadly, only (4) of the (14) cascading brick Parapet corner assemblies remain. Too much to hope for the return of the Entrance Spires that resembled the Empire State Building spire, one of which can be glimpsed in the Tax photo (See also LPC Report page 16).
