Along 167th street to the East is the very similar 1212 Grant Avenue by Horace Ginsbern. The Lobby is unique in every way from the floor pattern, the Glass Block screens with metal pipe corner protectors (a precursor of the high tech style of the late 20th century?) to the strange Fake Fireplace.
