- AKA Sagamore. 169th Street elevation is conventional CBD but on the Grand Concourse side some really interesting articulation takes place. The marble Portal and shallow SM canopy are skillfully integrated into the base of the center section. Classy Lobby with all marble walls and a Fake Fireplace of the same design used by Charles Kreymborg at 917 Sheridan Avenue. Architect to be verified. Source says 1295 GC is listed in the National Registry of Historic Buildings which cannot be confirmed.
