- Mostly horizontal banding, unusual for ED. Nice corbeled brick at entrance arch and in zig zag frieze over. The original Parapet design in the Tax photo is a precursor of CBD. Ziggurat shaped Fake Fireplace is seen in other Early Deco examples. Lobby has wonderful wall & ceiling plaster mouldings.
