- So similar to 2084 Bronx Park East (before it lost its Parapet) and others in the Maybe Gelbman Collection that it is surely by the same architect. Four Mini Gables on 174th Street were leaning a bit in 2007 and gone by 2021. They would have been comparatively easy to replicate. Except that now (12/8/23) the entire Parapet has been replaced so it is moved from SBL to Lost Deco!
