- Grand Avenue has two large apartment buildings with balconies. They face each other. Kreymborg's is CBD and must have been very grand with its original Parapet, judging by the Tax photo which also includes the Northern wing of the fabulous SM/SD at 1718 Grand. The other at 1721 Grand is Mid Century Modern from 1949 but BADAHA includes it for comparison. They both have great Lobbies.
