- Not-so-Classic Bronx Deco with the original Parapet cut down. Although S&D list it as by Israel Crausman it has more similarity to the nearby 1815 Monroe Avenue by Herbert Lilien. The Lobby has fared better with wonderful large basket weave ceramic tile in the Hallway, a familiar Terrazzo floor pattern and typical fluted pilasters that turn at the ceiling.
