- The removal of the Parapet brick banding may seem insignificant but it is damaging and would have been so easy to replicate. Lobby terrazzo floor is wonderful Russian Suprematist inspired abstraction very similar to that at 1565 Townsend Avenue. Since they are by different architects, maybe there was an independent Interior Designer they both used or it was in the catalog of the Terrazzo contractor.
