- Brick patterns very similar to Kreymborg's much smaller 2986 Briggs Avenue but here it is all bullnose. Railings have replaced castellation at the mid point of each Parapet without significant impact. If bullnose brick can be found to patch around the dubious 'thru-the-wall” AC units why not to repair the nasty patching at the North end? Still very impressive.
