- Classic Bronx Deco that was in excellent condition until the parapet was replaced so it joins the others that have moved from SBL to LD! A great loss as there are precious few original Becker designs extant. Compare with 2501 Davidson also by Becker which uses the same cast stone Parapet detail and brick pattern over the Entrance but in other ways is very different.
