- S & D have it as dated 1929 by Schaefer & Rutkins but that is improbable. It has all the hallmarks of Israel Crausman that only a visit to the DoB file can confirm. A double setback is unusual for SM. Foyer Terrazzo recalls Sonia Delauney. The Lobby floor pattern is also used by Charles Kreymborg at 917 Sheridan Avenue.
