- Way down in Clason Point, 25' wide 5 stories with 9 apartments. This form of small apartment building is fairly common in the Bronx but not in the Art Deco style. The cast stone ornamentation at the parapet is futuristic and the spandrel brick and fire escape are prototypical CBD. Curved dentilated lintels at 5th floor are a nice touch so are the blue diamond pattern tiles.
