The very versatile and prolific Israel Crausman in Closed Corner Deco mode. There is always something distinctive about his Facades. The prominent vertical brick moldings terminating in cast stone plaques hark back to Early Deco. From the Tax photo the Parapet appears to be untouched. In the Lobby strange narrow plaster shiplap moldings are used at the crown and transfer from wall to ceiling.
