- S&D year is probably incorrect. Very unsympathetic renovation but the building has been saved for another 30 years as have the beautiful Cast Stone ground floor window surrounds and Portal Rotunda, as well as the unusual tartan pattern Lobby floor, the Fake Fireplace and the electric ceiling flash.
