Beige brick Late Deco, with brickwork courses that closely resemble a host of other buildings from the period, most of which are attributed to H. Herbert Lilien. The lobby delivers greater drama than the unassuming exterior, with elements reminiscent of Lilian's 1780 Eastburn Avenue, but at a larger scale and with the addition of a fake fireplace and more vibrant terrazzo floors. No direct tax photo exists, but it can be glimpsed in the photo of its neighbor.
