- Source of Crausman as architect is Untapped New York. All vertical, all original. The shallow triangular brick bump out is a device much used by Ralph Walker, one of the greatest of NY Art Deco architects. This is a well maintained 35 unit Coop. Yes, they do exist in the South Bronx. Elegant little Lobby with an early example of abstract Terrazzo floor. Is this a prototype for all the SM Fake Fireplaces to come?
