- Just East of the famous 601 Pelham Parkway North, 655 is easily missed but what appears at first sight to be classical ornamentation is really very cool Early Deco. If it had retained the original Parapet, which recalls that at Noonan Plaza but without the verticality, its style would surely be more evident.
