- Grandest of the three CBDs by Jacob Felson on this block. Its essential Deco quality is hardly diminished by the rebuilt plain Parapet. The Lobby Rotunda is similar to 888 Grand Concourse by Emery Roth & 1188 Grand Concourse also by Felson. The Plan from the Avery Library collection shows how subtly it follows the curve of the Concourse.
