Until the application of the black Parapet waterproofing this was a well preserved and excellent example of ED so it is regretfully now removed from the SBL collection. Just outside the line for inclusion in LPC GCHD, 831 right next door is included!? Brick corner pattern at the 2nd & 6th floors and the chamfered Parapet returns are typical of this style. In the Lobby over-the-top ogee profile brackets above the landing steps are wonderfully muscular with three additional bottom set backs.
