Lowest Common Denominator Deco. In a neighborhood with many fine Art Deco apartments this one is easily overlooked but it did not escape the eye of Redditor u/LongIsland1995 who brought it to our attention. Brick banding at the Parapet going from horizontal to vertical and back to horizontal is a theme picked up at the Entrance. At the Parapet it combines nicely with the faint brick piers supported on Cast Stone corbels and topped with Cast Stone pinnacle caps.
