- Small CBD in excellent condition. Holding its own compared to the fancy neighbors up the street by Crausman & Kreymborg and inexplicably excluded from the Grand Concourse Historic District. Even the low voltage cable conduit risers at the corner can’t ruin its appeal. Some time after 1940 the Parapet railings were eliminated but the infill zig-zag brick replaced them seamlessly. Charming little circular Lobby.
