- AKA Tremont Towers. MCNY Wurts Bros photo is the source for Jacob Felson as architect, reiterated by Urban Archive but S&D, probably incorrectly, attributes it to Goldhammer & Stillman in 1940. Nevertheless, it is splendid and remarkably well preserved. Something strange happened to the Entrance which has a nice Portal that has been blocked up. A new arch gives access via a dreary yard into a dreary elevator lobby in the basement.
