- Compare with another by Herbert Lilien with chamfered widows at 1505 Townsend Avenue. Some of the horizontal banding grooves that the designer imagined on the inviting SM Portal did not materialize. It is still great however, even if it has to share the forecourt with CON ED's horrible gas pipes. The Lobby is bland by Lilien's standards.
