- Except for 529 East 235th Street, this OD is the only other Deco building in Woodlawn. The expansive entry courtyard reflects its semi-suburban location. Mildly DID by virtue of the Tudor arched entrance flanked by classical pilasters. Curved full height glass panel in the Foyer gives a glimpse of the intriguing Lobby ceiling plaster. Early 19th Century southern city scenes on the wallcovering go nicely with the very modern Fake Fireplace.
