- Two set backs but no corner windows, no decoration nor banding make this a very bland building from an architect not showing up anywhere else in the Bronx. From the Avery collection, he designed a couple of nice Deco apartment buildings in the West Village. The Lobby is more conventionally Deco with a large Glass Block wall providing light from a rear courtyard.
