Bold brick verticals balanced by delicate brick disc bands under corner windows. Entrance Portico is traditional & Lobby openings have split pediments, hence DID. A Deco gem that so far has fared better than its Upper Manhattan cousin by the same architects at 77 Cooper Street (Corner W 207) in Inwood.
