- An attractive mid-block Early Deco building that lost its parapet at some point prior to the 1980s. The handsome entrance portal, monolithic fake fireplace, and lobby plaster moldings are dead ringers for those at 785 Mace Avenue, so it could very well be another by Charles Kreymborg (some cast stone elements in the facade are very close as well).
