- By some curious Real Estate happening, 2300 Ryer turns its back on the Grand Concourse. Quite a late date and the facade prominently features fasces, Roman symbol of power with the unfortunate connection to fascist politics in 20th century Europe. They can also be seen at 99 Marble Hill. It must be assumed that the architects used them innocently. Unusually it has 2 elevators.
