- Cooly follows the gentle curve and slope of the street in three sections on a difficult wedge shaped site. The North section ends in a strangely shaped narrow room. Successful renovation retains the interesting vertical raised brick banding at the Parapet but spandrel patching is hit & miss. CBD is the perfect urban style for all situations.
