- Thank you Hyman Feldman & Dr. Billig. Bronx Park East & Reiss Place facades are straight ahead monochrome CBD but, delightfully, the Pelham Parkway entrance side goes wild. The wavy Parapet plaque is a Feldman signature, probably Terra Cotta here but Cast Stone at 275 West 238th Street and 1175/1185 Morris Avenue. All photos from 2007.
