- Jacob Felson shows great skill in how he gets 1675 to descend from the Grand Concourse to 174th Street & Walton Avenue. The ongoing renovation since 2007 can best be described as "it could have been worse". The Parapet was saved but with diminished detail and complete removal of the marvelous stainless steel verticals. By 2015 the sidewalk bridge was removed, it returned again in 2020 and has now finally gone, hopefully for another 20 years. The lower level Lobby is a delight in black & white.
